Responsibilities
- Taking the lead on the sales floor
- Working with and motivating junior staff
- Following up on leads through CRM
- Educating staff on new products
- Creating staff incentive programs
- Increasing Hot Tub and Above Ground Pool Sales
- General retail sales
- Other responsibilities as determined by owners
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in the pool & spa industry (5 or more years preferred)
- Must speak English
- Preferably 1 year management experience
- Experienced with Microsoft Office

- High School Graduate
