Manufacturers, Distributors Branch: A secondary location or division of a company where the parent is a Member in good standing in any of the Classes 1 to 4 inclusively and the second location or division is operating under the same business name. To gain admission as a Member, the branch of the corporation shall be required to submit to the Council an application for membership independent of the application filed by its parent corporation.
